Summer meeting 2025

Here is some news and information about the Summer Meeting 2025 at Dokkedal Camping in week 28, more official 11.-13. July 2025.
The program looks like this:
Tuesday 8/7: Visit a depot (9am-12am) and classic car night in Lundbykrat (5pm-9pm)
Wednesday 9/7: Ladies’ trip and flea market in Hals (ferry service – 5 minutes)
Thursday 10/7: Coziness and relaxation – possibly trips after your own choise
Friday11/7: Surprise number 1, official opening of the Summer Meeting at 6pm with cannon salute and communal barbecue
Saturday 12/7: Communal drive, photography and vote, surprise number 2 – after that- competitions, dinner party, lottery and award ceremony
Sunday 13/7: Lineup of winning cars at 10am and official end of the Summer Meeting
Practical information:
Hirtshals – Dokkedal Camping: 93 km
Frederikshavn – Dokkedal Camping: 89 km
Kruså/The border/Germany – Dokkedal Camping: 285 km
Middelfart – Dokkedal Camping: 210 km
There is a fine shop/merchant at the campsite with a good selection of various goods: 0 km
The town, Mou – Shop/merchant and gas station (with 100 octane gasoline): 7 km
There MUST be 3 meters between the camping units – the organizers refers you to a place and ensures the 3 meters distance is maintained

The electronic registration and payment to the very Summer Meeting is not in place yet – we are working to get it in place as soon as possible
Regarding booking a place at the campsite with tent, motorhome, caravan and cabin – order and payment to dinner party Saturday evening (205 Dkr per person) and breakfast Sunday morning (65 Dkr per person), it has to be sent via email to info@dokkedalcamping.dk and please, remember to write “Morris Minor” in the subject line.
So please, do not book a place through the campsite’s official booking system on their website – send an email instead of.
There is ½ price for children under 12 years old regarding the food.
